We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all shared hosting plans. If you're not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days, you can request a full refund - no questions asked. This demonstrates our confidence in the quality of our services.
Refunds are available for: shared hosting plans (within 30 days), VPS and dedicated servers (within 7 days for first-time customers), and setup fees if service was not provisioned. Domain registrations, SSL certificates, and add-on services are non-refundable as per industry standards.
To request a refund, log into your account and submit a cancellation request through the client portal, or contact our billing department at billing@hebermax.com. Include your account details and reason for cancellation. Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days, while PayPal refunds are usually instant. The exact time depends on your payment method and financial institution.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. For credit card payments, refunds appear on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles. PayPal refunds are returned to your PayPal account. Bank transfers are refunded via bank transfer to the originating account.
The following items are non-refundable: domain name registrations and renewals, SSL certificate purchases, setup fees for custom configurations, add-on services and licenses, and services used for more than 30 days. These restrictions are in line with industry standards.
You may cancel your service at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. To avoid charges for the next billing cycle, cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date. No refunds are provided for partial months beyond the guarantee period.
We strongly discourage chargebacks. If you have a billing dispute, please contact our billing department first. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and additional fees. We reserve the right to pursue collection for services rendered.
In cases where a refund is not applicable, we may offer service credits at our discretion. Service credits can be applied to future invoices or used to upgrade services. Credits are valid for 12 months and are non-transferable.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we determine to be abusive or fraudulent. Patterns of repeated signups and cancellations, or evidence of service misuse may result in refusal of refund and account termination.
For annual and multi-year plans cancelled within the guarantee period, we provide full refunds. After the guarantee period, no pro-rated refunds are available. We recommend switching to monthly billing if you're unsure about long-term commitment.
